The Road to 2500pts: Da Plan

So with worrying clarity and extreme trepidation I realised last night that I have a lot to do...WinterWar 2013 (Link) is only 3 months away and I have an entire Orc and Goblin Army to paint and finish assembling. Somehow I think this might be a struggle. 

The only way I have a chance to succeed is to make a focused plan and stick to it. I thought it might be useful if I laid out my total plan to see if it would help anyone plan their hobby to meet a deadline. All major projects require a sound plan in my opinion and with out it they are destined to fail, however a plan is not guarantee of success, you need to stick to them and keep focused. So here is what I am setting myself to do.

Assemble (Phase 1 Aiming to complete by 26th August):

1. 10 Boar Riders (to be used as Goblin Wolf Riders). Two will be modelled as Black Orcs and will act as Scar Vets in my Liz-Orc List. Gorbad Ironclaw will be my Old Blood.
2. 2 Boar Chariot Conversions: Finish Assembling
3. Finish Assembling 5 River Trolls.
4. Assemble Avatars of War Orc Shaman.
5. Finish Converting 2 Rock Lobbas and a Doom Diver
6. Assemble two "Mangler Squigs" (3 fanatics on a base with a Giant Mushoom in the middle)
7. Crew for all Warmachines
8. 2 Spear Chukka Conversions
9. Magnetise whole army

To Buy List:

1. 2 Cans of Grey Spray Primer (Halfords: Buy 13th of August)
2. 3x2mm Rare Earth Magnets (300 qty)

Spray and Basing (Phase 2 Aiming to complete by the 30th August):

1. 46 Savage Orcs
2. Black Orc BSB on Foot
3. 10 Boar Boyz
4. Avatars of War Shaman
5. 5 Wolf Chariots
6. 3 Boar Chariots
7. Doom Diver
8. Two Rock Lobba
9. Warmachine Crew
10. 8 Trolls
11. 2 Manglers
12. 60 Black Orcs
13. Movement Trays

Painting List (Phase 3 Complete for Winter War 2013):

1. 46 Savage Orcs (21st September)

3. 2 Rock Lobbas (2nd October)
4. 2 Doom Divers (6th October)
5. Warmachine Crew (10th October)
6. 2 Manglers (15th October)
7. 2 Shaman (17th October)

10. 2 Boar Chariots (5th November)
11. 2 Wolf Chariots (10th November)
12. Go back and do all shoulder pads and blood effects (13th November)
13. Movement Trays (14th November)

So its a pretty tall order and I really don't think this is achievable but I will definitely try my best and if I fail then ill borrow a friends army. I know I have chosen a pretty cookie cutter list but I wont have much time for I really don't want to have to do this however as I really like going to a tournament with my own army and enjoying using it! What do you guys think, is it possible?
