Thanks Dave, it was the following steps. Bit of a ball ache but tbh orange is a tricky colour especially to get vibrant, the below are all GW paints. Patience and thinned layers :)
GW Base Jokereo Orange (JO) Wash Agrax Earthshade to recesses Wash Fuegan Orange to surface areas
Then in progressively decreasing surface area down to the area you want to be the max highlight, the following paints:

YY - Extreme Highlight
