My first Age of Sigmar Project

Age of Sigmar has released and I'm planning out my first steps into this crazy new world.
Reading through the PDFs I searched first for an army near and dear to my heart,
Orcs and Goblins Spider Riders.  This army has been my passion and torture for 6 years. I have been starting, quitting, improving, and changing this army over and over again, knowing that at some point, it will get done.  Age of Sigmar made this army rather awesome, and a cohesive fighting force.  So I'm just gonna set out what I have so far. As a disclaimer, this is an establishing shot of where the army is now, so when periodic update posts appear, they will have some precedence.

First, the once and future king, The curse of the spider god. Painted up for the first painthammer challenge, he has become my general and the impetus for the current momentum on this project.

This army will be based on the formation at the end of the Orcs and Goblins PDF "Spiderfang Venom Mob."
Next up will be the 3 units of Spider Riders required by the formation.
This army was made tabletop ready for Waaghpaca this year.  I used these guys with the special character Snagla Grobspit (second from the right on the front rank in red.) Snagla is sadly gone, and so are the days of ambushing this unit in :).  It was a great fluffy fun army to play, and model.  Paint needs a whole lot of help to get it to where it needs to be, but every model has been converted.

Some Daddy Long Legs units that I converted up for a little variety.  I will use them for at least one of the 3 basic units.
The next three units will be Arachnaroks for the formation.  Rules-wise I am immensely pumped that I can take the Webflinger now, since it can move and shoot.  I will actually have to go back in and add it on to the third Arach (instead of the third mage that was painted :) ) We'll see how this goes.

And extra bits and bobs, that have yet to be included in this incarnation as well..
