Gaming Day with Da Boyz

So just a wee quick blog post with pictures from a gaming day Mike hosted a few weeks ago! As you may have noticed there has been a drop in the number of blog posts due to how busy I have been the past few weeks. Hopefully I am cresting the summit now with stuff going on and will be able to dedicate more time to writing up proper blog posts!

The gaming day was a lot of fun with most of us getting in 3 or more games. I had been on a bit winning streak (only one loss and draw this year with the ogres and the rest wins!!!) with the ogres and this continued today with a 15-5 win vs dwarfs, a 16-4 win vs Tomb Kings and a 11-9 win vs Ogres! I played another game vs Mike’s Dark Elves last night and he successfully ended my streak giving me a long overdue beating and a 8-12 loss.

I’m pretty happy with my list overall and I am only considering minor tweaks to magic items/character equipment to just streamline it a bit. I know I could make my army a lot better by dropping the stonehorn but I love the model and it’s always fun to use a big stompy monster!

Anyway I’m hoping to have my final 5 leadbelchers painted by Friday so hopefully pics for then!
