The Warlord
I wanted to try my hand at a war-litter but had no idea where to begin. After doing a bit of research I found Rhellion's awesome conversion you can check it out on his blog here.

Once I started painting I realized I need to pop it off the base. I can't pop off the warlord from the litter that's going to be fun.
